Online workshop is held through a teleconference (phone call). Participants receive materials via email, and have unlimited email access to the presenter for the duration of the course.

Note: All are welcome in this course. We will be using terms such as God, Higher Power, and spirit. The course is completely non denominational; participants are asked to keep an open mind and work with whatever perception of a higher power or spiritual self they hold. But people who do not believe in a power greater than themselves (also called God) may not enjoy this course.
